and refunds:
You have 7 working days to cancel your agreement with us up to the date of the pick-up. Where your
booking was made more than 12 days before the date of the pick-up, cancellations may be refunded at the discretion of the
management if we receive at least 5 days notice before the date of the pick-up. To confirm booking:
Before any payments are made, please
make sure booking is confirmed by United Minibuses. This will be by email or by phone.

at least 6 days before date of booking. Remainder 2 working days before the date of the booking. Cash: (Into Bank or at office address)

50% must be paid at least 6 days before date of the booking or full amount may be paid.
If only 50% is paid, the remainder
must be paid at least 2 working days before the date of the booking.
A surcharge of 5% applies to online credit card
payments.
A surcharge of £1 applies for debit card bookings.
